Description
Manage and grow relationships with national and regional electrical wholesalers. Conduct regular face-to-face meetings, branch visits and quarterly business reviews Collaborate with extended sales teams across the business in each state to leverage their presence and maximize coverage Prepare and deliver accurate, competitive quotes using internal tools and resources Maintain a strong pipeline in Salesforce CRM and ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities Achieve defined revenue and growth targets for the electrical channel segment 5 years of experience in business development, account management or sales within the electrical industry preferably in critical power or power distribution. Experience managing wholesaler relationships and engaging with contractors. Solid understanding of electrical products, power quality solutions and distribution channels Strong communication and negotiation skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated with a proactive approach and willingness to travel nationally.
