This is a full-time role with hybrid work options. The role may be based in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra or Adelaide. Your main duties will include: * Using data to drive recommendations to improve portfolio performance. * Benchmarking claim performance against industry and internal standards. * Analysis of claim duration, cost drivers, return to work rates, and common law exposure. * Ability to identify the causes of delayed injured worker recovery and claim escalations for improved performance. * Working closely with insurers and other external partners to ensure continuous performance improvement. About you * Proven experience with complex workers compensation Workers Compensation and Injury Management. * Strong knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and compliance obligations. * Demonstrated experience in coaching and development of peers and stakeholders. * Advanced analytical capability in interpreting claims data and financial trends. * Strong stakeholder engagement skills across clinical, operational, and executive teams. * Tertiary qualification in Health, Safety, Human Resources, Allied Health, or related discipline (desirable).
