* Progress with purpose at one of Australia’s largest health care providers * Get ahead with salary packaging, benefits and professional development in a supportive team environment * Join a high-performing, outcome driven team in this senior advisory role * Permanent full time opportunity  * Flexible location across Sydney; Melbourne; Canberra; Adelaide      About the role   The Workers Compensation Performance Advisor role is responsible for coaching and mentoring Return-to-Work & Injury Management Specialists (RTW&IMS) on claim strategy, early intervention and sustainable return to work outcomes, while also conducting detailed performance analysis of claims to drive improved financial, compliance, and recovery outcomes. This is a full-time role with hybrid work options.
