ROLE PURPOSE
As a member of RS Corporate Account team, the Corporate Account Manager assumes direct responsibility for the corporate accounts in the assigned portfolio and assumes accountability for the consistent roll-out in the various sites with close collaboration with local stakeholders. This will be done via a “top-down” approach via the management of the national portfolio as well as supporting a “bottom-up” approach via the local teams

As a Corporate Account Manager at RS Group, you can impact the business by strategically managing their assigned corporate accounts. You’ll drive growth by developing tailored sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams, and managing budgets. The role requires in market analysis, contract deployment, compliance assurance, and service development to enhance the RS offer and customer penetration. You can optimise business outcomes through contract negotiation, customer organisation updates, potential assessment, and EMEA contract implementation. Your proactive approach in prospecting new opportunities, implementing value-added solutions, and broadening the account network can contribute to business expansion. The ability to understand customer challenges and develop specific account plans will be instrumental in increasing the customer share of wallet. Working closely with the marketing team, you’ll identify actions to accelerate customer growth.
