Role: National Cultivation Manager Location: Remote Full Time We are Growers, We are Wholesalers, We are Producers, We Are Budtenders, We are Retailers, We are Partners, and We are Hiring National Cultivation Manager supports multi-state cultivation teams by implementing best practices, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliant, high-quality operations across all facilities. This role strengthens national consistency, drives crop performance, and supports leadership through training, technology adoption, and continuous process improvement. Your Impact: Work with Cultivation Managers to train and develop cultivation teams, strengthening operational knowledge, compliance, and safety culture Leverage CEA technologies to optimize environmental precision, crop health, and operational performance. Standardize and implement best practices and SOPs. across multi-state cultivation facilities to ensure consistent, high-quality output. Support crop monitoring, diagnostics, and proactive programs that reduce risk and enhance yield. Improve labor efficiency and workflow speed while maintaining product quality, safety, and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, facility leadership, and vendors to align processes and equipment across all locations. Your Strengths: 5+ years of experience leading teams and operations in controlled-environment cannabis cultivation. Proven success developing and implementing SOPs, best practices, and scalable workflows. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments. Skilled in diagnosing plant health issues, analyzing environmental and operational data, and making informed corrective decisions. Experienced in cultivation-related compliance, documentation, and regulatory requirements across multi-state operations.
