QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/JOB REQUIREMENTS (ABOUT YOU):

  • Minimum 2 years in procurement or a related field
  • Experience as an Account Executive is an asset.
  • Customer service experience an asset.
  • High School Education or GED equivalent required, combination of education and experience is considered.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Procurement or supply chain designation an asset
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Experience with replenishment software (E3, DPR) an asset
  • Experience with AS400 an asset

Responsibilities

ROLE:

Work between National Sales, Procurement Center Of Excellence (COE) & Field Merchandising to drive service and inventory performance for National and Local (LCC) customers. Drives accountability and performance for customer onboarding, Limited Time Offers (LTOs), seasonal forecasting, and aged inventory depletion. Drives efficiency in forecasting and demand planning across regions/sites & vendors.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the forecast intake, Demand Planning & Replenishment (DPR) input for national accounts LTOs.
  • Works with the national sales team for the successful LTO inventory depletion
  • Responsible for the onboarding of new National accounts including setup of required items and vendors as required by the Master Service Agreement (MSA).
  • Works with the trade management group to execute Partnership Growth Management (PGM) agreements.
  • Acts as a business partner for national sales
  • Complies with Sysco’s Food Safety Policy and procedures to ensure food safety, quality and legality requirements are met.
  • Is willing to work safely with minimal environmental impact and understands the importance of reporting all hazards, incidents, and environmental spills immediately to their supervisor.
  • Understands that they play an integral role in their own safety and that of their colleagues and is willing to speak out when hazards are present.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
