Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The National Director of Inspection Center Execution (GM of GM’s) is a senior operational leader responsible for the strategic execution, performance optimization, and end-to-end consistency of Clutch’s national vehicle production infrastructure. This includes full accountability for all operational outcomes across the company’s Inspection and Reconditioning Centers (IRCs).
This person will lead a high-discipline, performance-driven function that ensures rigorous adherence to standardized processes, drives throughput efficiency, maintains quality assurance at scale, and manages production inventory flow—including Work-in-Progress (WIP) visibility and movement. The role also encompasses ownership of a national Blitz Team—a specialized deployment group dedicated to IRC launches and tactical interventions.
This position requires an accomplished operations leader with demonstrated expertise in multi-site management, lean principles, production control systems, and cross-functional coordination at an enterprise level.
