Find us at www.lightology.com Position: National eCommerce Sales Manager Position reports to CEO Position type: Full Time Pay rate: $110,000 to $140,000 yearly Location: 1718 W Fullerton Ave. Chicago, IL 60614 and 215 W Chicago Ave. Chicago, IL 60654 Job Description We are on a nationwide search for a National eCommerce Sales Manager that will develop and build our business through residential, contract and commercial sales channels. You will be directly responsible for defining the sales strategy as well as managing day-to-day operations of our growing sales department. Lightology is one of the country’s top destinations for architectural and decorative lighting and has an established, loyal network of B2C & B2B customers. We are looking for a sales leader to drive company topline performance while strategically building and developing new and existing revenue channels. Responsibilities Delivers Sales Financial Targets: Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Revenues and Gross Profits Define and Implement a Sales Strategy and Plan that Accelerates Market Penetration and Customer Loyalty Across B2C & B2B Customer Segments Build, manage and develop a Productive, Cost Effective and Scalable Sales Organization Develop and implement sales and growth plans for both our sales team and for customers Scout and develop new business opportunities through various growth sectors Develop and build key Strategic New Client Relationships. Implement Sales Best Practices (productivity and quality) Across: Transactional Sales Processes Sales Opportunity/Pipeline Management Coach a data driven sales team that leverages best practices for business development, opportunity management and ongoing account development. Requirements Hitting team financial targets Building, developing and managing high performing sales teams Driving increased customer satisfaction/loyalty 10-15+ Years Sales Leadership Experience Ability to work at both the Lightology corporate location and the showroom as needed Experience in CRM software/processes - ideally Netsuite based Lighting (and Interiors) category - including product and specifications/contract distribution model Home luxury retail showroom management Ecommerce (preferably furnishings related) Skilled at working and managing cross-functionally to drive sales programs Demonstrated ability to define, implement and manage: Technology enabled sales and sales management best practice processes Sales force is a plus Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance enrollment on the 1st of the month after 30 days of employment. 401(k) Retirement plan after 6 months of employment.
