EXPERIENCE:

• At least 1-2 years of management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in training (including product, service, and soft skills training).
• Experience developing training strategies and creating and presenting training material, preferably in luxury and beauty retail industries.
• Experience working with and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Experience managing and leading a team.

THE ROLE:

Develop and plan training (both in classroom and on the field) for all Beauty Consultants in Australia and New Zealand. Adapt training strategy from regional directives to align with marketing strategies and sales objectives, and execute in consultation with the Retail Performance Director.
