YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Intermediate skills in electrical design software.
  • Strong technical report and scope writing skills
Responsibilities
  • Construction Projects: Designs, manage compliance, develop specifications, support project teams, provide input, oversee commissioning, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Operations: Advise on failures and upgrades, contribute to communications, and ensure smooth operation of electrical systems.
  • General: Provide engineering advice, facilitate decision-making, develop tender documents, maintain relationships, and enhance technical standards and procedures.
  • Provide technical advice to management, staff, contractors and clients nationally.
  • Providing technical leadership within the electrical team.
  • Design, develop, and oversee the implementation of complex electrical systems for a variety of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet technical requirements, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Assist with the Company’s compliance within Australian standards and implementing and maintaining quality management assurances.
  • Assist in the preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions.
  • Work with customers and builders to secure sales revenue growth.
  • Educate train and mentor others as the role grows.
