SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills allowing you to collaborate and work with multiple stakeholders at all levels.
  • Prior experience in event planning and execution.
  • Competent in project management and multitasking.
  • Experience in collaborating with external suppliers (venues, AV, caterers, etc.)

  • Familiarity with a CRM system, CVent and an e-marketing tool would be a benefit
  • A tertiary qualification in event management or a related field
  • Experience in an event role within professional services or a B2B environment.

Responsibilities

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the National Sponsorship and Events Team in organizing and executing a variety of events, including hospitality events, technical and internal office events. And support in arranging virtual events across different platforms.
  • Provide on-site support for events across the regions including travel as required.
  • Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Contribute innovative ideas for improving client experiences.
