THE OPPORTUNITY:

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for operational excellence and stakeholder engagement? Are you looking to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a National Facilities Partnership Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of maintenance services across our national portfolio of sites.
This is a pivotal leadership role focused on ensuring safe, compliant and fully operational environments for our site operators. You’ll drive contractor performance, manage budgets, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and strengthen long-term partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Formal trade qualification and/or Business Degree in a relevant discipline (preferred).
  • Proven experience in facilities or maintenance management across multi-site operations.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, safety standards, and contractor management.
  • Excellent project management and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Full Australian working rights.
  • Valid Australian drivers licence.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national maintenance strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Ensure all sites meet safety, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Manage contractor selection, onboarding, and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
  • Oversee maintenance budgets and capital planning to ensure cost-effective outcomes.
  • Lead audits, compliance checks, and risk assessments across all sites.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues proactively.
  • Drive innovation in systems, processes, and service delivery.
  • Support strategic growth and expansion of the facilities portfolio.
