Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic National Field Marketing Manager to lead our for Leafguard. This role is responsible for developing and executing cohesive event marketing strategies that align with regional and divisional priorities. The position will oversee a team of Regional Event Managers (REMs) and Event Managers (EMs), driving lead generation, ROI, and consistent execution across 50+ locations nationwide. Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Develop and implement cohesive corporate event marketing strategies aligned with regional/divisional goals. Ensure standardized execution of events nationally to maximize ROI. Manage the national marketing events calendar (annual, quarterly, monthly) and budget. Team Development & Support Assist REMs with EM hiring, onboarding, and performance when positions are vacant. Build, coach, and develop high-performing event teams to achieve the highest ROI per event. Oversee training and development for REMs and EMs, including incentive programs and training materials. Training & Performance Management Analyze training needs and deliver comprehensive programs on engagement, canvassing, and lead generation. Lead national weekly new hire playbook, production, and training calls. Utilize various training formats (on-the-job, seminars, meetings, webinars). Analyze ROI and trends to recommend performance management actions, coaching, and playbook updates. Operational Excellence Support national events, recruitment efforts, and training as needed (travel 30%). Create and update SOPs, playbooks, and scripts for event teams. Partner with marketing and REMs to develop signage and promotional tools that drive awareness and appointments. Manage event tracking, schedules, and performance reviews. Handle department communications on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Qualifications Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years’ experience in events, event marketing, and/or field marketing; home improvement industry experience preferred. Proven leadership experience in a training and supervisory role. Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and motivate talent across multiple locations. Strong project management, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Budget management experience. Ability and willingness to travel when necessary (30%-50% nationwide).
