Responsibilities
  • Lead field sales performance by delivering against KPIs, managing trade spend, and driving financial targets across the Independent Grocery and Agri channels.
  • Execute commercial priorities including promotional programs, NPD speed-to-market, and Perfect Store standards to ensure in-store excellence.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback, managing performance, and supporting tailored growth plans through Mars University and on-the-job development.
  • Build team capability and culture through strong engagement plans, clear communication, and recognition — all while role modelling the Mars Five Principles.
  • Drive customer excellence by ensuring strategic call coverage, supporting Joint Business Plans, and resolving escalated issues with key retail partners.
  • Recruit and retain top talent by leading the end-to-end hiring process and supporting succession planning across the wider One Demand community.
