The National Hardware Specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for leading on-site implementation of complex automation systems. The Hardware Specialist works closely with many cross functional teams including Technical Support, Field Service, Sales, Project Management and Professional Development. The Hardware Specialist also provides national level escalation support by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electro/mechanical equipment, networked computer systems, and complex software. This role repairs and updates products in the field, reporting service issues to technical support level.
This position is part of the National Service Support Team covering the United States and will be fully remote; however, the position requires location in the Central United States within one hour of a major metropolitan airport.
