With a team of 25 dedicated professionals under your guidance, you’ll oversee Clinical Coding, Medical Transcription, Release of Information, and Health Information Management, driving excellence in every aspect.

Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring excellence in all health information services.
Drive quality improvement initiatives, ensuring top-notch data integrity and clinical coding accuracy.
Coordinate critical data submissions, working with external partners and health funds.
Oversee the design and management of medical record forms, aligning with industry standards.
Manage information release requests and ensure timely, accurate transcription services.
