• We’re looking for a practical, approachable HR & WHS Manager to support our people and help maintain safe workplaces across our transport and logistics operations.Based at Prestons, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and depot managers, providing everyday HR advice and coordinating workplace safety activities.About the roleThis combined HR/WHS position brings together people management and workplace safety, working alongside our operations and compliance teams.Your main responsibilities will include:Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and employee records.
• Help managers with employee matters, performance and workplace policies.
• Coordinate safety inspections, risk assessments and incident follow-up.
• Keep policies, training records and safety procedures current.
• Support toolbox talks, inductions and return-to-work arrangements.

Occasional interstate travel may be required.About youYou’ll bring experience in HR and WHS, sound judgement and an organised, practical approach. Experience in transport, logistics or warehousing is preferred, along with relevant qualifications or equivalent experience.We’re looking for someone who builds good working relationships and helps managers find clear, workable solutions.
