ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for motivated and personable Inside Sales Representatives to join our national team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new business opportunities enquiries, engaging with potential clients, and either closing the deal or quickly directing the lead to the right team.
We have a couple of full-time opportunities, with a clear path to career growth and the backing of a supportive and well-established team. We’ll provide you with all the training you need, what matters most is your attitude, communication skills, and your willingness to learn.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle warm calls, emails, and online enquiries from new businesses.
  • Understand each client’s needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach focused on listening and solving problems.
  • Close sales where possible or efficiently transfer leads to the relevant department.
  • Keep the CRM system updated and follow up with prospects as needed.
  • Meet monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
