Based full-time at our Sydney HQ in Alexandria, this National Key Account Manager (NKAM) role is responsible for winning new distribution and driving brand activation & sales volume outcomes for Red Bull Australia, specifically in leading Catering and Foodservice segments. The NKAM will ensure the Red Bull brand is executed and activated in Catering/Foodservice in a premium way, through internal and external collaboration. In winning new distribution in leading Catering and Foodservice groups, the NKAM will step-change normalising Red Bull consumption with food in relevant consumption occasions including work, study, socialising, and drive. Job Description WIN NEW DISTRIBUTION IN THE LEADING CATERING/FOODSERVICE GROUPS Deploy hunting list system and diagnose mutual value propositions with potential customers Deploy category, data, and industry insights, developing value-add and benefit-based sell-stories Manage and overcome objections, influencing multiple key stakeholders and decision makers Increase depth of distribution and negotiate target sales volume and financial outcomes EFFECTIVE BRAND EXECUTION Deliver outlet execution against Red Bull measures, in-store and online Create customer launch programs & customer joint business plans Ensure Red Bull is activated at the point-of-decision and is included as an option in ‘Meal Combos’ Deploy incremental sales strategy, using occasion-based messaging to drive incremental purchases Secure mass placement of point-of-sale items in accounts Develop promotional program inclusive of ‘Limited Time Offers’ PREMIUM BRAND ACTIVATION Deploy Red Bull Consumer Promotions within Catering/Foodservice customers Engage and integrate Catering/Foodservice customers into Red Bull owned events Drive development of customer-specific consumer promotion Foster branded collaboration within Red Bull (with our Marketing team) and with the customer Input into the Red Bull business planning cycle Qualifications University Degree Preferred Minimum 4 years senior account management experience Has successfully worked with the leading Catering/Foodservice chains on the supplier side Understands the Catering/Foodservice segment and knows key stakeholders Superior verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong presentation skills and commercial acumen Action-oriented; follows through and drives outcomes Additional Information Thank you recruitment agencies, but we will be hiring this role directly.
