THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused National Key Support Specialist to assist in managing our portfolio of national key accounts. In this role, you will be a key contact alongside the account manager and credit collection, providing superior service and support and a focus on Customer Centricity. This opportunity allows you to be part of a large dynamic Transactional Services Team.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external customers
  • Perform various data entry, integrity checks and analysis
  • Identify and resolve queries to required timelines is crucial
  • Maintain NKA contractual and administrative requirements including account set up, reporting Invoicing and servicing requirements
