Based in Sydney or Melbourne, we’re seeking a strategic, results-driven sales leader to guide our National Business Home Lending team into its next phase of growth and excellence. As the National Manager, Business Home Lending, you will lead a team of 9 senior leaders who manage a network of over 180 Business Home Lending Specialists across more than 10 locations nationwide. In this pivotal role, you’ll shape and execute our national strategy, collaborate closely with senior leaders across Commercial, Small Business, and SME segments, and drive the integration of home lending into the broader business customer experience. Your leadership will be key to unlocking new business mortgage opportunities, enhancing capability, and delivering exceptional outcomes.
