As National Manager, CPF, you’ll be at the forefront of managing our partnership with Aon, leading the delivery of best-practice relationship management, underwriting, and operational processes across the CPF facility. This role is central to our strategy for going to market and requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment and is ready to drive transformational change. You’ll work closely with Aon and internal stakeholders to design and deliver operational strategy, navigate evolving distribution models, and lead change across the business. With a strong focus on collaboration, influence, and execution, you’ll ensure the CPF facility delivers exceptional customer outcomes while aligning with broader strategic goals. This is a market-facing role based in Auckland, with regular travel across the country to engage with teams and stakeholders in Aon offices.
