This role leads HR shared services and drives the implementation of best‑practice programs in talent development, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and change management. As a key advisor to functional managers, the National Manager provides proactive guidance, strategic insight, and risk‑mitigating consultation to support strong leadership decision‑making. This position plays a critical role in shaping a positive employee experience, strengthening organizational capability, and ensuring alignment with MOVATI’s culture, values, and long‑term business objectives. It’s what’s made us successful and helped to create a competitive advantage for us.  Role   Operational Excellence & Compliance Success in this role comes from understanding the people needs within each Club and spotting opportunities to strengthen HR processes, service delivery, and the overall employee experience. The work involves ensuring policies, controls, and legislation are followed with care, staying current on HR best practices, and spending meaningful time in Clubs to stay connected to real‑time challenges. There’s also room to contribute to special initiatives that enhance People & Culture programs and support broader organizational improvement. Communication, Collaboration & Influence This position serves as a key point of contact for leaders and employees, helping them navigate day‑to‑day HR needs with clarity and confidence. Strong, trusting relationships are built through professional, empathetic communication and a deep understanding of the business. People & Culture programs are championed in a way that helps leaders feel supported and equipped. When employee concerns arise or situations become complex, this role becomes the calm, unbiased advisor who offers guidance that is fair, consistent, and aligned with MOVATI’s values. Leadership Development & People Support A core part of this role involves guiding leaders through employee relations matters, conflict resolution, investigations, and performance management. Day‑to‑day HR support is provided in a way that reinforces MOVATI’s culture and empowers leaders to make thoughtful decisions. Core HR programs are led with consistency and care. Training delivery, succession planning, and close partnership with functional managers become part of the rhythm, strengthening leadership capability and maintaining alignment across Clubs. Annual Salary Range: $70,000 - $110,000 + Bonus Eligibility * The posting is for an existing, currently open position. The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
