Job Description IPAR has an amazing opportunity for the role of National Manager - Risk & Governance. The purpose of this role is to lead IPAR's Risk governance, support and quality structures and improvements through collaboration, authenticity, and dynamism with IPAR's senior leadership team. The key objective being to develop and maintain organisational excellence and efficiency for an internationally competitive business. We are open to this role across any of our IPAR locations in Australia. Some of your day to day includes: Overseeing IPAR’s Quality Management System (QMS) and audit program to meet compliance standards. Developing and implementing strategies to achieve quality and performance targets. Identifying risks and opportunities to improve compliance and service delivery. Partnering with senior leaders to establish performance improvement plans. Managing Commonwealth compliance and accreditation programs across jurisdictions. Analysing data to provide insights and drive continuous improvement. Capturing and leveraging customer feedback to enhance systems and processes. Leading technology and system changes, including AI initiatives. Qualifications Excellent stakeholder management skills to deliver timely and strategic insights to the leadership team Experience in analysis, planning, forecasting Ability to review systems and implement process improvements Commercial acumen to drive growth and quality initiatives Demonstrated ability to determine strategies to identify and solve anomalies/problems Outstanding leadership expertise within large teams Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to manage competing deadlines Highly competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
