Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking a National Marketing Managers to lead the development, execution and optimisation of national brand, tactical and partnership campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Sitting within our central marketing function, this role plays a critical part in driving brand preference, occupancy, and revenue performance. You will be the organisational expert in campaign development, creative briefing, media planning, execution management, reporting and real-time optimisation—ensuring our national campaigns deliver measurable results, consistency and impact. What You’ll Be Doing Lead end-to-end development and deployment of national brand and tactical multi-channel campaigns across audience segments and lifecycles. Create comprehensive campaign briefs for creative and media agencies. Manage the national campaign calendar and ensure seamless cross-functional integration. Drive high-quality creative development aligned with brand guidelines. Oversee media strategy, planning, budget allocation and optimisation. Manage fast-paced campaign delivery with accuracy and attention to detail. Provide detailed reporting, insights and ROI analysis, identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to align campaign activity with business priorities. Identify efficiencies in campaign processes to accelerate speed-to-market. Lead the activation of major brand, media and tourism partnerships. Use customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis to refine campaign strategy. Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field. 5+ years’ experience in a national or senior multi-site marketing role. A strong track record delivering large-scale national campaigns for a major brand or network. Advanced skills in creative briefing, campaign development, media planning and reporting. Deep digital and social media performance expertise. Experience working with national and cross-functional stakeholder networks. Exceptional project management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical ability with confidence presenting insights and performance results.
