Key Responsibilities: Project and Provider Management: Ownership of the national CRM platform for provider management. Oversee trade and supplier networks, ensuring compliance and governance. Monitor provider relationships to ensure service delivery meets KPIs. Ensure financial and contractual compliance. Customer Service Focus: Ensure providers meet Allianz KPIs for timeframes and quality. Vendor Integrity screening and contract management via Salesforce. Manage stock supply and compliance with ISO frameworks. Initiate strategic projects for process improvement and cost efficiency. Foster positive client experiences and stakeholder relationships. Risk Mitigation: Implement processes to mitigate risks in complex customer cases. Manage WH&S requirements for contractors and providers. Team Management: Maintain a customer-focused team and ensure operational efficiency. Support sales and relationship management efforts. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members. Profile Key Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: Tertiary qualification in management or relevant field. 5+ years in leadership within People Care or Assistance environments.
