Your unique contribution The FSM is responsible for creating a localized execution plan for the PRA On Premise strategy and aligning the team’s vision and focus on delivering the plan. Communicating progress and success against the plan to internal stakeholders is important. The FSM will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers/partners, coach and develop a motivated group of Account Managers, initiate and support business development initiatives, be seen as a leader for On Premise with internal and external stakeholders.
