… then this may be the role for you.
Turn strategic vision into operational excellence
We’re searching for a senior leader to have full operational responsibility for our UK CDC retail network. As a National Operations Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of our retail strategy – from team performance to profitability, customer experience to compliance. • Directly manage Regional Operations Managers, encouraging talent and performance across a layered team structure
  • Lead all aspects of budgeting, forecasting and cost control to ensure financial performance across all locations
  • Identify and lead operational improvement projects to optimise store performance and customer journey
  • Ensure compliance with internal standards, legal regulations, and Crown/Deco policies
  • Champion a culture of customer-first service and high performance through mentor and leadership
  • Drive innovation and transformation across our national store footprint

Do you bring the experience to lead at scale and the mindset to transform retail?

We’re looking for someone who offers:

  • Shown success in a senior retail operations role, with experience across a multi-site, customer-facing environment
  • Experience leading large-scale, multi-level teams with strong people development capabilities
  • Strong commercial and operational skill, with confidence in data-driven decision making
  • A track record of improving performance, leading cultural change, and delivering strategic outcomes
  • Deep understanding of store operations, budgeting, stock control, and workforce optimisation
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and contributing to long-term business planning

Are you a leader who encourages, empowers, and gets results?

To succeed in this role, you’ll be:

  • Strategic in your thinking – aligning retail operations with long-term goals
  • A people-first leader – focused on coaching, development, and team performance
  • Customer-focused – always improving on customer experience
  • Commercially sharp – confident analysing data and making informed decisions
  • Collaborative and influential – able to lead change across functions and regions
  • Committed – turning plans into reality
