Description
Urban Air National Park Training and Opening Specialist   Are you passionate about training teams, building leaders, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same? If you love to travel, enjoy speaking in front of groups, and believe hospitality can change lives, this could be the perfect role for you.   The Training and Park Opening Specialist plays a key role in supporting franchise owners and their management staff to ensure every park launch is a success and every team is equipped to operate with excellence. This role is about much more than just opening the doors — it’s about embedding our Clean. Safe. Kind. values from day one and setting teams up for long-term success.   You’ll have the chance to train and coach leaders at every level: from franchisees and General Managers to a teenager stepping into their very first job. That means being able to lead up, down, and across the spectrum of experience, culture, and personality, always with a hospitality-first mindset. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a company, expand their leadership influence, and chart a clear career path forward.     Duties and Responsibilities: * Serve as a primary point of contact for franchisees and General Managers, building trusted relationships to support park leadership and team success. * Train and coach franchisees, park leadership, and team members to uphold Clean. Safe. Kind. standards from the start. * Lead park openings and transitions, ensuring smooth launches and effective onboarding of leadership teams. Partner with Franchise Operations Managers to ensure consistent training and readiness. * Develop and adapt training programs to meet the needs of diverse team members, coaching across a spectrum of personalities, cultures, ages, and life experiences. * Inspire, motivate, and coach team members in both classroom and on-the-floor settings, always emphasizing hospitality and fun. * Facilitate knowledge transfer and share best practices to unify standards across the system. * Conduct structured site visits to assess readiness, guest experience, and adherence to brand standards. * Coach and support franchisees through problem-solving, clearly communicating company policies, and helping identify solutions when possible. * Monitor compliance activities, including audits, addendums, and investigations of non-compliance issues. * Establish location visit cycles and evaluations, ensuring franchise operators follow franchise agreements and program requirements. * Communicate operational insights and recommendations to corporate leadership to drive continuous improvement. * Analyze key business metrics and P&L statements to monitor performance, identify underperforming units, and support operators in developing action plans. * Extract and manipulate raw data to develop, share, and present reports to senior leadership. * Apply strong operations and customer service expertise with creative problem-solving, effective prioritization, and multitasking. * Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the franchise system.     What We’re Looking For: * A passion for training, coaching, and developing people — from executives to first-time team members. * Someone who loves to travel up to 50% of the time and thrives in new environments. * A confident communicator who is comfortable speaking in front of groups and connecting with people at all levels. * Highly organized, adaptable, and able to balance hands-on training with strategic oversight. * A leader with hospitality at heart who understands that guest experience drives everything. * Strong background in operations, customer service, and team development. * A growth-minded individual who wants to build their career while helping others do the same.     ✨ This isn’t just a job — it’s an opportunity to help parks across the country launch with energy, excellence, and hospitality at the core. If you’re ready to make an impact, bring teams together, and create unforgettable experiences, we’d love to meet you.   Perks: * Paid bi-weekly * Company Paid Holidays * Flexible Paid Time Off * Paid Parental Leave * Multiple health care insurance plans that cover medical, dental, prescription, vision, and employer HSA contributions * Competitive 401(k) Program with employer matching contributions * Daily dress code of “business casual” * A positive work environment * And much, much more   Company Description Unleashed Brands was founded to curate and grow a portfolio of the most innovative and profitable brands that help kids learn, play and grow.
