Job Summary The National Partner Development Manager is responsible for overseeing partners in a designated geographic region, implementing a targeted strategy for partner solutions or customer segments. This role is focused on fostering engagement, generating additional pipeline and revenue, and promoting the partner-led business model. Key Business Objectives: Position NetApp as the leader with Keystone STaaS solutions Increase the velocity of existing pipeline Focus on partner top initiatives, drive to business-critical application, cloud/aaS centric customer objectives, and revenue Job Responsibilities Manage specific solution areas and partnerships within a defined territory. Implement the partner's GTM plan aligned with the solution area. Identify new buyers and grow the existing customer base. Coordinate account team efforts and align with the partner-led model. Advocate for partners and develop actionable strategies using account intelligence. Plan the development of partner solutions that address customer needs, utilizing Keystone. Engage in an opportunity-selling cycle to close. Build and nurture a network of partners and NetApp field contacts. Drive revenue growth through driving a joint partner strategy. Align NetApp partner sellers, leaders, and account teams in the territory. Sales plans for NetApp solutions by account or vertical within the territory. Education Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience Experience in enterprise strategic sales methodologies Effective communication and interfacing skills at all organizational levels, including executives, within partner organizations Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, maintaining positive relationships Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Deep understanding of the industry ecosystem, including partner business models, competitive landscape, and trends Compensation:The target salary range for this position is 151,300 - 225,500 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
