Petstock Group is seeking a highly skilled National Property Manager to support the GM Property and oversee our national store network, leasing operations and property administration team. About the Role As the National Property Manager, you will manage our leasing portfolio, negotiate commercial terms, optimise occupancy costs and ensure our lease management system (LeaseEagle) is accurate and effective. You’ll work closely with landlords, agents, project managers and internal stakeholders while mentoring our property administration team. What the Opportunity looks like: Lead lease negotiations including renewals, options, market reviews and commercial terms. Manage the national rent roll, occupancy cost budgets, accruals and financial planning. Oversee the Lease Management System (LeaseEagle) ensuring accuracy of documentation and data. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, agents, developers and internal teams. Conduct site analysis and interpret plans/drawings to support new sites, renewals and refurbishments. Collaborate with the GM Property on short‑ and long term portfolio strategy. Lead, mentor and support the Property Administration team, fostering a positive and high‑performing environment. Do you have the below experience and looking to take the next step in your career? Minimum 5+ years' experience in commercial property within a similar role. Strong understanding of commercial leases, the RLA and relevant legislation. Proven negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills at all levels. Ability to interpret leases, legal documents, plans and scopes of work. Experience using Lease Management Systems (LeaseEagle highly regarded).
