We are looking for a National Relationship Manager to drive growth of our wholesale platform, by building strong, lasting relationships with insurance brokers across Australia. What you’ll do Build, manage and grow broker relationships to increase usage of Express Cover. Achieve new business and retention targets through proactive engagement and tailored broker strategies. Liaise closely with our Service Team on escalations, complaints, and complex cases to ensure swift, broker-focused outcomes. Represent BizCover at industry conferences, roadshows, and broker events nationwide. Develop in-depth knowledge of our product suite and effectively promote platform benefits. Identify new opportunities for growth through networking, onboarding, and relationship management. Work collaboratively with insurers and brokers to deliver the best outcomes for SME clients. About you Minimum 1 year in insurance (ideally 3+), preferably as a broker or within a brokerage. Strong relationship-builder with proven experience managing broker or customer networks. Commercially driven with a track record of exceeding sales and retention targets. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple relationships and events. Willing to travel across Australia for conferences and broker visits.
