National Remedial Construction Manager Office Location: Any Australian State (Flexible) Employment Type: Full‑time Travel: Regular project‑based travel across Australia Division: National Remedial Major Projects Team About the Opportunity We are seeking a highly experienced National Remedial Construction Manager to support and oversee the delivery of major remedial, structural, and refurbishment projects. This is a nationally focused role, meaning you may be based in any Australian state, with travel to major project sites as required. This position does not manage national business operations. Instead, you will provide specialised construction oversight, leadership, and technical support on key projects where your expertise is needed most. You will work closely with regional delivery teams to ensure alignment in safety, construction methodologies, quality, and execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide construction leadership and oversight on major remedial and structural upgrade projects Review and support methodologies, staging, sequencing, and temporary works Work with regional Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure consistency in delivery Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal construction teams Support planning for plant, equipment, materials, and logistics Provide guidance on high‑risk or technically complex remedial activities Oversee site performance in safety, quality, productivity, and compliance Assist with resolution of technical or delivery‑related issues Establish strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders Contribute to national reporting, progress reviews, and delivery improvements Champion a culture of safe, high‑quality, disciplined construction practices What We’re Looking For Essential Requirements Extensive experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Site Manager in remedial, structural, or civil construction Deep technical knowledge of remedial methodologies, including: Concrete repair Structural strengthening Coatings & corrosion protection Façade remediation Marine or industrial asset upgrades Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multi‑stage construction works Experience in brownfield or live operational environments Ability to analyse drawings, scopes, schedules, and technical documentation Strong leadership, communication, and client‑facing capability High commitment to safety and quality management Flexibility and willingness to travel interstate as project needs arise Desirable Experience with major civil, marine, industrial, or transport‑related infrastructure Temporary works planning and review experience Engineering, Construction Management, or similar qualifications Projects You May Support You may be deployed to major projects such as: Marine and wharf remediation Mining and industrial asset repairs Bridge, road, and transport structure upgrades Building and façade refurbishment Stadium or major facility upgrade works Why Join Us?
