For the purpose of this vacancy, internal candidates are considered first-tier candidates.   Context Within the IOM OPT Mission, the Programme Support Unit (PSU) is a cross-sectoral unit working closely with all thematic units to support the development, implementation, monitoring and reporting of projects and other initiatives. The unit coordinates closely with HQ and regional colleagues, as well as external counterparts and donors to support quality and well-coordinated programming and oversight. This includes supporting the implementation and monitoring of the mission-wide IOM OPT strategy. Under the overall supervision of the Head of Programmes and direct supervision of the Programme Support Unit Officer, the National Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will support the implementation of projects/programmes/strategy Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities for the mission, as well as contribute to report drafting and review, in line with internal and donor requirements.  
Responsibilities
