LOGISTICS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Accommodation, laundry, and meals provided on-site
  • Transportation Options:
  • PBM bus service between Vientiane (VTE) and Ban Huay Xay (BHX) twice daily (6:30 AM & 12:30 PM, ~3.5-4 hrs travel)
  • Regional flights may be arranged as per project conditions
  • Work Schedule: 28 days on-site, 14 days off
  • Health & Safety: Candidates must pass a medical check and drug test before deployment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in construction supervision
  • Strong background in bridge construction or similar infrastructure projects
  • Experience with FIDIC or similar international standards is an advantage
  • Language:
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken) is required
  • Knowledge of Lao (local language) is preferred

  • Support the Team Leader in project management and supervision
  • Oversee bridge construction to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
  • Conduct site inspections, material testing, and progress reporting
  • Attend weekly safety meetings and report key issues
  • Ensure proper documentation, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination
