WE ARE SEEKING A DYNAMIC AND RESULTS-DRIVEN SALES DEVELOPMENT MANAGER WHO MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF ONE YEARS EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN THE CAR PARK MANAGEMENT INDUSTRY.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and assisting with the rapid expansion of our company.
The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets.
You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and enhancing our competitive advantage.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in business and sales development within the parking industry.
  • Computer literacy,including working knowledge of MS packages.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to stakeholders, showcasing our products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
  • Utilise CRM software, specifically Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and report on sales performance.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s offerings.
