Job Description: Responsible to developed the overall bancassurance business with monitor and execute all strategic sales plans and activities to ensure comply with local regulations and compliance to achieve bank partners target Manage & engage bank partner relationship to ensure smooth running in delivering targets and created customers gathering with bank partners Responsible to review sales performance, supervising and develop sales strategy development team (coaching clinic & sales, sales techniques, objection handling).
