JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Responsible for sales operations and achievement in the assigned area.
• Visit schools/educational institutions and maintain good relationships by providing the best service quality
• Explain our client’s products and provide the best solutions for customer needs.
• Identify business opportunities and create promotional activities to increase sales.
• Responsible for promotional activities in the assigned area.
• Create sales strategies for the sales team to achieve targets.
• Provide work direction to the sales team and conduct team briefings for each supervisor/sales coordinator.
• Evaluate team performance regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Maximum age of 38.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or as a Sales Manager.
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics.
• Good communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and experience in leading a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment and collaborate well across divisions.
• Proficient in spoken and written English (minimum IELTS 5.5).
• Placement in Surabaya.
