Position Objective: Plan, direct, control, and coordinate sales of the company’s product portfolio within the Engine Air Filtration and Bulk Fiberglass segment. Will be responsible for Progress Rail, Wabtec, PowerRail and other accounts as assigned. Ensure products are sold in accordance with budgeted objectives to obtain maximum profitability and sales volume, in relation to established commitments. Continually evaluates and modifies the company’s channel strategy and sales action plans to meet both the company commitments and customer requirements. Key Accountabilities: Deliver assigned sales plan; build customer relationships, lead follow-up, and maximize sales opportunities. Conduct face to face and remote sales with new and existing customers, evaluate customer needs and identify appropriate product solutions. Collaborate with Manager on annual planning, sales goal development and objectives for the organization’s activities to ensure achievement of business sales and profitability objectives. Direct sales planning with Manager which includes an analysis of competitive products and selling techniques, market share, quotas, pricing, and distribution. Recommend product modifications or improvements based on findings of marketing research, technical service work, or sales personnel feedback. Recommend pricing policies including quantities, terms and conditions of sales. S&OP collaboration with Manager, Fayetteville Plant Team, Operations Teams, and Purchasing team for Outside Buy product (filter housings). Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business, Engineering or related field; 3-5 years of relevant selling experience; Exposure/Understanding of high value-added product selling, pricing, negotiating and channel management; Ability to effectively communicate and sell both products and value concepts at all organizational levels; Be able to synthesize input and ideas into relevant and clear strategies and secure buy-in from internal/external teams and win product placement; A history of consistently delivering on expectations for growth and profitability must be demonstrated; Team player with proven success in building strong programs in the HVAC segment; This position can be located near any major airport; Weekly overnight travel will be expected in this role – 30% travel; Home office needed.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate sales for the Engine Air Filtration and Bulk Fiberglass segment to maximize profitability and volume. Manage key accounts and collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to align product solutions with customer needs.
