For our Commercial Operations unit in Vienna, we are currently looking for a
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
- 8+ years’ pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare industry experience with special focus on sales and marketing
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
- Experience developing annual sales plans
- Demonstrated leadership/management experience
- Willingness to travel (national/international)
- Strong cross-functional thinking + Networking international/national
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading the sales force within Austria.
- The National Sales Manager ensures that the sales force understands the current marketing and sales strategy and take appropriate steps to meet their short and long term objectives of the business; sales growth, market acceptance and market penetration under consideration of cost structure and commercial profit.
- Responsible to ensure that insights from the field are in cooperated into the marketing strategy, part of the cross-functional team to implement new tactics.
- Participates in setting strategies for new product launch as active member of the cross-functional brand team.
- Oversees the structure and design of the field force activities to meet revenue and territory requirements.
- Will oversee the sales operations and support function, and has some direct marketing functional responsibilities .
- Responsible to manage the tenders in alignment with the company strategy and in tight cooperation with the GM. Austrian leadership team member
