Responsibilities

This is an incredible chance to join our client, Culligan’s UK, high performing commercial team as a National Sales Manager, leading the charge on increasing distribution & installations of their innovative, sleek Purezza brand instant filtered still and sparkling water taps. In this role, you will be instrumental in the development, training and success of your team of 3 National Sales Executives, while successfully building your own pipeline to bring on new, prestigious, high end clients within the hospitality sector.
With the dual responsibility of both guiding a team and managing your own sales targets you will need to take an organized and efficient approach to this role. Culligans seek a highly process driven and structured sales manager, and you will be required to develop and implement procedures & cadences for your team to follow, KPI’s, Performance Indicators and Plans, as well as an overall strategy for the Purezza business.
Dealing largely with senior level decision makers from Procurement Managers, to Executive Chefs, Owners and GM’s, you will need to be agile in your style of communication and accustomed to a multi-decision maker process, which could result in a lengthy sales process.
You will predominantly be based from home, out on the road in front of clients or in the field with your team. This is a highly strategic role so a strong level of commercial acumen, strategic mindset and ability to put together & impact business plans that you will present to senior level stakeholders within the business is essential.
