Overview The Big Sky Resort sales division is seeking an ambitious and dynamic national sales manager to join our high-energy team. As a guide for our group clients, you will be responsible for navigating the sales journey and identifying opportunities to offer experiences that enrich and transform. We are looking for a creative and highly motivated individual who excels at identifying potential partnerships through diverse lead-generating channels. In this role, you will lead the negotiation and closing process with a "serve first" mentality, directly influencing the revenue success and long-term growth of Big Sky Resort. Responsibilities Selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other services provided by Big Sky Resort. Managing accounts. Conducting site visits. Generating proposals. Creating and executing client presentations. Working closely with the Big Sky Resort Conference Services team to create customized events. Proactive solicitation of clients. Demonstrates the ability to utilize technology & CRM management to strengthen client relationships. Demonstrates the ability to negotiate effectively. Demonstrates the ability to network effectively. Demonstrates the ability to be self-motivated and team/goal oriented. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of hospitality sales related experience. Well organized with an aptitude in problem solving. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be available for periodic travel. Familiarity with Springer Miller Host PMS platform. Familiarity with Salesforce platform.
