Job Description

  • Achieve revenue & sales targets according to business goals
  • Identify market trends, opportunities and competitors strategies to refine and optimize the sales approach
  • Lead, motivate and drive sales team to achieving goals
  • Develop & implement account strategies to ensure long-term business growth
  • Establish & maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, partners & stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities for expanding into new markets , distribution channels or sales network
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contract or partnership agreements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong ability to negotiate and close business deals
  • Ability to influence decision-makers and navigate complex sales process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage customers, present ideas and manage relationships.
  • Ability to deliver persuasive presentations and tailor proposals to the client’s specific needs
  • Experience in market analysis and identiifying opportunities for growth
  • Strong ability to forecast sales, set clear goals and adjust strategies based on market changes
  • Ability to analyze sales data and sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to analyse market data, client feedback and competitors strategis to make informed business decisions
  • Familiar with the industry, targey audience, and market dynamics
  • Understanding the competitive landscape to identify areas for differentiation
  • Minimum 10 years of working experience in automotive or relevant industry
  • Minimum 5 years experience in sales, distribution/ b2b environment.
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in leadership sales position.
  • Language skills: Bahasa Indonesia & English are must. Chinese is plus
