REMOTE – SERVING THE MINING, DEMOLITION, AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES

A family-owned, American manufacturer of high-quality mining and construction consumable accessories is seeking a proven sales leader to drive business growth across Canada. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with a respected brand, backed by decades of industry expertise, and report directly to the General Manager in the United States.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (preferred), or 7–10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to train for underground site visits to provide technical product support in mining environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within Canada to client sites.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Hands-on knowledge of mining operations and practices.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
  • Lead, coach, and support sales personnel, ensuring alignment with objectives and addressing performance gaps proactively.
  • Build strong, face-to-face relationships with key accounts, ensuring clear communication between customers and the manufacturing team.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Manager to align and execute market strategies.
  • Fully utilize the company’s CRM (Salesforce) to track and optimize customer engagement.
  • Monitor and manage sales expenses to maximize return on investment.
