Responsibilities:

We’re seeking a National Sales Manager to lead the growth of the FOTON brand in Australia.
This role is pivotal in driving new vehicle sales, profitability, and finance penetration, while strategically building the FOTON dealer network.

Further to the above your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sales Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies and targets, ensuring the brand exceeds expectations in volume, share, and profit growth.
  • Dealer Network Development: Build and grow the dealer network, ensuring high performance and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the executive team and OEMs to monitor sales performance, manage expenses, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Team Building: Lead, mentor, and inspire a dynamic sales team focused on driving growth and brand success.
