Sales Job Purpose • To drive the Home Loan & LAP sales and ensure business targets are achieved PAN India. Primary Business to be driven in Tier III locations onwards with an average WIRR of 10.00%+ and ATS of 30 lakhs Responsibilities Core Responsibilities: Sales Process Management o Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for home loans and through cross selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade the client relationships. o Define the sourcing funnel and help the team support the team to create a network of DSA / Direct Sales / CA / Builders o Facilitate the development of new builder/channel relationships with so as to penetrate new markets and thereby increase business o Ensure the files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion. o Maximize number of APFs and increase penetration in the approved APF projects. o Ensure high quality Customer Service o Ensure good Portfolio Quality Sales Planning and Team Management o Execute all the sales planning and oversee target allocation for their respective zones. o Optimize team productivity by effectively leading the team of sales managers so as to assure achievement of team results and thereby meet the business targets and profitability of the area o Define the sourcing funnel and align with the team to create a network of DSA / Direct Sales / CA / Builders o Lead and supervise the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies o Manage team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming from time to time in presentation and selling skills Industry & Governance o Constantly keep abreast on market trends and competitor intelligence so as to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies o Ensure a strong understanding of the markets / competition / process and products available in the markets and provide positive feedback to the central product and policy team to stay ahead in the market. o Maintain discipline and adherence to processes as per company’s policies, procedures and report as per company designed system. o Ensure compliance to all Audit / NHB regulations.
