WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
Our client is a team of creative, passionate, and entrepreneurial minds and are excited to grow their team with a motivated National Sales Manager to drive sales to our customers across Canada as well as inspire and lead the sales team.
As National Sales Manager, you will be managing, coaching, and setting sales direction, along with maintaining key relationships at the executive level with our larger dealer accounts.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· 10+ years’ experience in senior sales roles with solid track record of sales success
· Highly motivated and passionate individual with desire to drive results
· Ability to lead, coach, motivate and develop the sales talents of inside sales team
· Willingness and ability to demonstrate initiative, accept responsibility and accountability for outcomes
· Self-starter with entrepreneurial mindset
· Comfortable selling to customers both in person and remotely
· Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office programs
· Bilingual in French and English is an asset

In this role, responsibilities would include, but not limited to:
· Prepare and manage annual sales forecasts
· Actively analyze territory performance and deliver monthly/quarterly reviews as well as action plans to support growth
· Proactively identify changes in market requirements and competitive pressures to develop sales strategies
· Deliver market specific guidance to executive team including gathering and reporting on competitive information
· Develop and execute operational sales plans to drive company business objectives
· Establish promotion calendars, new items, and post-promo analysis
· Provide consistent coaching to Sales team
