Job Title: National Sales Manager (Neuro & Spine Surgical Medical Equipments) Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced National Sales Manager to drive sales growth, lead the sales team, and build long-term client relationships across the healthcare sector. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a solid background in medical equipment sales, with exposure to hospitals, surgery, and operating room environments. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Develop and train a high-performing sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital administrators. Provide clinical and product support, training, and presentations to customers. Lead territory planning, forecasting, and account management. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor competition, identify opportunities, and implement sales strategies. Collaborate with marketing on product launches and promotions. Manage inventory, back-orders, and ensure high-level customer service. Requirements: Masters degree (Required) in Business, Biomedical Engineering, Pharm-D, or related field. 10+ years experience in healthcare sales with at least 2 years in a similar managerial role. Strong background in medical equipment sales (Neuro , Spine , orthopedic (would be a plus) , surgical, hospital). Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Travel inside designated territory will be required (up to 25% to 50% depending on territory). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
