Responsibilities
  • Lead & Develop: Coach and develop your team to ensure they’re equipped with the skills and experience needed to excel in their roles.
  • Drive Results: Oversee the delivery of key targets and sales goals, ensuring your team meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Strategic Impact: Collaborate closely with the Business Unit Director and Strategy Director to contribute to team strategy, create proposals, and implement initiatives.
  • Cultivate Culture: Create a high-energy, motivated culture within your team, keeping engagement and morale high.
  • Collaborate & Align: Attend weekly briefing sessions with Henkel to ensure alignment on priorities and showcase results.
