REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Experience within the electric heating or related industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Willingness to travel as required across the UK.
  • Full UK driving license.
