With our commitment to delivering high-quality mattresses that enhance sleep quality, we are seeking a talented individual who can drive our sales strategy and manage relationships with key accounts. In this role, you will oversee the national sales team, develop comprehensive sales plans, and ensure the successful execution of initiatives aimed at achieving aggressive sales targets. If you have a strong background in sales management and a passion for the bedding industry, we would love for you to join our team. Responsibilities Develop and execute a long-term sales strategy to grow market share and revenue on a national level. Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team, fostering a culture of success and accountability. Establish and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners. Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management. Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with sales objectives. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in sales management, with a strong focus on the consumer goods or bedding industry. Demonstrated success in leading and developing national sales teams. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills and experience with performance metrics. Proficient in CRM and sales management software.
